How bulk brass return gifts work

Families, wedding planners and resellers buy brass return gifts in lots of 50, 100, 250 or 500. The mistake we see most often is picking a design first and discovering the weight, packing or delivery date does not fit the function. This page is the buying process we use on WhatsApp.

Start with four numbers

1. Guest count (or reseller carton count)
2. Budget per piece, including GST
3. Function date and the city / PIN code
4. One design or mixed designs

Packing

Wholesale lots leave Madurai in carton packs. For wedding trays we can discuss individual poly bags or simple gift wrap if you ask before we pack. We do not assume gift wrapping unless you write it on the WhatsApp order.

Each carton should stay under a weight the courier will accept for your PIN code. Heavier vilakku and urlis change both freight and packing. That is why we ask for the destination PIN before we confirm a date.

Timeline

• Processing: 1–2 business days after payment and stock confirm
• Standard India delivery: 8–12 business days after processing
• Express: 3–5 business days when the lane allows it
• Same-day: sometimes possible inside Madurai

If the wedding is inside two weeks, say so in the first message. Do not wait until the invitation cards are printed.

GST and mixed carts

Prices on the site include GST. You get an invoice under GSTIN 33ADDPC1507E1ZH. You may mix return gifts with puja articles in one order. Minimum quantity still varies by SKU — a 3-inch diya and an 8-inch uruli do not share the same floor.

FAQ

Can I order 80 of one diya and 20 of another?
Yes. Tell us both SKUs and both quantities.

Do you print names on the gift?
Not as a default service. Ask on WhatsApp before you pay if you need custom packing slips.

What if a piece arrives damaged?
Photograph the carton and the piece within 48 hours and send them on WhatsApp.
