Standard shipping rates

The following flat rates apply to standard parcels weighing up to 1 kg. The applicable charge is shown at checkout based on the delivery country.

Heavy, oversized, fragile, or wholesale orders above 1 kg may need a separate courier quotation. We will contact you before dispatch if an additional charge is required. Delivery estimates

  • India standard delivery: approximately 8–12 business days.
  • International standard delivery: approximately 12–25 business days.
  • Express delivery: normally 3–5 business days where available; contact us for a courier quotation.
  • Madurai same-day delivery: may be available by prior confirmation.

Remote-area delivery, customs inspection, weather disruption, carrier delay, public holidays, and seasonal demand may extend these estimates.

Processing

Orders placed before 7 PM IST are normally processed on the same business day, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 7 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

International customs and taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duty, customs fee, tax, brokerage charge, or local handling fee collected in the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping rates above.

Packaging and tracking

Products are packed carefully for transit. After dispatch, we send available tracking details by email, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can also use our order tracking page.

Delays, damage, and support

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos of the product and packaging. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
